- Constant rain will fall as pressure continues to fall.
- Towering cumulonimbus clouds develop as the cold front passes. The heavy rain stops when the cumulonimbus clouds move away and the pressure begins to rise again. A few showers may drop from small cumulus clouds, but the weather is generally cold and clear behind the cold front.
